Nuosept® BM11

Nuosept® BM11 by Arxada is a 1,2-benzisothiazolin-3(2H)-one (BIT)/2-methyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one (MIT) based biocide. Acts as broad-spectrum wet-state preservative. Prevents deterioration and degradation of aqueous systems caused by bacteria, fungi and yeast.

• It is an enhanced BIT formulation which bridges the pseudomonas gap in pure BIT’s spectrum of efficacy.
• It is particularly well-suited for higher pH systems where CMIT is not stable or for low solids systems where dispersion products cannot be utilized.
• It is an aqueous and easy-to-handle synergistic combination of full-spectrum bactericides.
• Exhibits low odor, temperature stability and is suitable for wide pH range.
• It can be used in formaldehyde-free systems or if an adaptation occurs against pure formaldehyde adducts.
• It is useful for the protection of various systems such as coatings, roof coating, inks, concrete admixtures and other industrial applications.
• Nuosept® BM11 has a shelf life of 12 months from the date of manufacture.
• Recommended dosage level is 0.2-0.5%.
