SURFADOL® DF-75 by ACME Tech. is a non-ionic acetylenic diol surfactant and defoamer. It is non-toxic, silicone-, solvent- & APEO-free grade. It shows good compatibility in water-based systems. It can effectively break the bubbles and micro-bubbles. It provides outstanding long-lasting foam control, effective against microfoam. It exhibits good compatibility and excellent shelf life stability over wide range of physical conditions. It is specially designed for water-based systems. SURFADOL® DF-75 is suitable for use in printing-, flexo- & gravure inks, inkjets, overprint varnishes and fountain solutions. It is recommended for use in wood, automotive OEM & refinish coatings and electroplating solutions. The suggested use level is 0.2-2.0% of total formulation weight. Its shelf life is 48 months from the date of manufacture.
