SURFADOL® 485W

SURFADOL® 485W by ACME Tech. is a non-ionic, low foam wetting and defoaming agent. It is non-toxic, APEO-, silicone- and solvent-free grade. It enhances rapid penetration of absorbent substrates, increases hydrophilicity & solubility. It reduces dynamic surface tension and improves the wetting of low energy or contaminated surfaces. It prevents smut formation in metalworking fluids. It is specifically designed for water-based systems. SURFADOL® 485W is recommended for use in automotive OEM paints, wood-, PTFE-, paper-, plastic- and industrial coatings. It is also suitable for use in photogravure, printing inks, inkjets, fountain solutions and overprint varnishes. The suggested use level is 0.2-2.0% of total formulation weight. It complies with REACH, FDA 21 CFR 175.105, 175.300, 176.170, 176.180 and China GB 9685-2016. The shelf life of the product is 48 months from the date of manufacture.
