SURFADOL® 485

SURFADOL® 485 by ACME Tech. is a non-ionic, low foam wetting and defoaming agent. It is non-toxic, APEO-, silicone- and solvent-free grade. It reduces dynamic surface tension and improves the wetting of low energy or contaminated surfaces. It enhances rapid penetration of absorbent substrates, increases hydrophilicity & solubility. It prevents smut formation in metalworking fluids. SURFADOL® 485 is designed for use in automotive OEM paints, wood-, PTFE-, paper-, plastic- and industrial coatings. It is also suitable for use in photogravure, printing inks, inkjets, fountain solutions and overprint varnishes. The shelf life of the product is 48 months from the date of manufacture. The suggested use level is 0.2-2.0% of total formulation weight. It complies with REACH, FDA 21 CFR 175.105, 175.300, 176.170, 176.180 and China GB 9685-2016.
