Calimulse® EM-22 by Pilot Chemical is a 22% active sodium branched alkyl benzene sulfonate. It is an effective emulsifier which produces stable emulsions. It also has great wetting and handling properties. It is free of VOC’s and halogenated solvents. It is perfect choice for APEO-free formulations. It is compatible with styrene-butadiene, vinyl acetate, nitrile and acrylic latex. Calimulse® EM-22 is readily biodegradable. Used in paints, coatings and printing inks. Calimulse® PRS by Pilot Chemical is an isopropylamine linear alkylbenzene sulfonate acid. It is a pale amber, clear, viscous liquid pumpable and pourable at ordinary temperatures with mild odor. It is a very stable, high performance emulsifier, dispersant and has spreading qualities in coatings and paint. Calimulse® PRS is biodegradable, halogenated solvent-free, CFR 21 and 40 approved. It is listed on AICS, DSL, EINECS, New Zealand Inventory and TSCA inventory. Calimulse® L-50 by Pilot Chemical is a 71% active sodium linear alkyl benzene sulfonate for use in paints, coatings and printing inks. It is a high active and viscous linear anionic surfactant. The higher viscosity of Calimulse® L-50 often requires special storage and handling. It does not contain a hydrotrope. It is free of VOC’s and halogenated solvents. It is perfect choice for APEO-free formulations. It is compatible with styrene-butadiene, vinyl acetate, nitrile and acrylic latex. It is readily biodegradable. Calimulse® EM-99 by Pilot Chemical is a branched chain dodecyl benzene sulfonic acid. Ice-cold sulfonation produces the low color and minimum 97% active necessary to make fluid neutral salts with very efficient emulsification properties. Calimulse® EM-99 is directly soluble in oil, alcohol and non-aqueous media. Used in coatings. It is listed on AICS, DSL, IECSC, EINECS, ENCS, ECL, PICCS, TSCA and New Zealand Inventory. Calimulse® L-30 by Pilot Chemical is a 50% active sodium linear alkyl benzene sulfonate for use in paints, coatings and printing inks. It is a clear and homogeneous linear anionic surfactant with great handling and storage properties. It is free of VOC’s and halogenated solvents. It is perfect choice for APEO-free formulations. It is compatible with styrene-butadiene, vinyl acetate, nitrile and acrylic latex. Calimulse® L-30 is readily biodegradable. Calimulse® PR by Pilot Chemical is an isopropylamine branched alkyl benzene sulfonate. It is a liquid branched alkyl amine sulfonate that is clear, viscous, pumpable and pourable at ordinary temperatures with mild odor. It is a very stable, high performance emulsifier and dispersant in coatings. Calimulse® PR provides great emulsification and wetting properties in both water and oil soluble formulations. It is listed on AICS, DSL, EINECS, New Zealand Inventory and TSCA inventory. Calimulse® SLS by Pilot Chemical is a 30% solution of emulsion polymerization grade sodium lauryl sulfate. It is manufactured via a continuous air/sulphur trioxide process from a natural alcohol feedstock to the highest levels of purity and consistency. No bleach or oxidizing agent is used in making Calimulse® SLS. It has no formaldehyde content. It can be blended with non-ionic surfactants to create high performance acrylic emulsions. Used in coatings. Calimulse® SLS is biodegradable, naturally derived, halogenated solvent-free, CFR 21 and 40 approved. It is listed on AICS, DSL, IECSC, EINECS, ENCS, ECL, New Zealand Inventory, PICCS and TSCA inventory. Calimulse® L-22 by Pilot Chemical is a 22% active sodium linear alkyl benzene sulfonate. It offers great emulsifying and wetting properties. It is perfect as a primary or co-emulsifier. It is free of VOC’s and halogenated solvents. It is perfect choice for APEO-free formulations. It is compatible with styrene-butadiene, vinyl acetate, nitrile and acrylic latex. Calimulse® L-22 is readily biodegradable. Used in paints, coatings and printing inks. Calimulse® EM-96F by Pilot Chemical is a 96% active sodium branched alkyl benzene sulfonate for use in paints, coatings and printing inks. It is a high active and very pure branched anionic sulfonate non-caking flake with great wetting and emulsifying properties. It is free of VOC’s and halogenated solvents. It is perfect choice for APEO-free formulations. It is compatible with styrene-butadiene, vinyl acetate, nitrile and acrylic latex. Calimulse® EM-96F is readily biodegradable. Calimulse® AOS by Pilot Chemical is a 40% active sodium C14-16 alpha olefin sulfonate. It is a clear anionic surfactant with good economical emulsification and wetting properties. It is free of VOC’s and halogenated solvents. It is perfect choice for APEO-free formulations. It is compatible with styrene-butadiene, vinyl acetate, nitrile and acrylic latex. Calimulse® AOS is readily biodegradable. Used for hot melt, pressure sensitive adhesive films and aerosols.
