DEE FO® PI-40 by Munzing is a blend of 3-Dimensional siloxane and water. Used as a defoamer for aqueous systems. Designed for heat-set, natural/ neoprene latex-based adhesives. Provides formulators with an excellent combination of defoaming performance and pinhole free substrate wetting. Recommended dosage level of DEE FO® PI-40 is 0.1-0.6% and it has a shelf life of 12 months. DEE FO® 215 by Munzing is a blend of special wax and mineral oil. It is a defoamer for aqueous systems. It is used in adhesives for PSA, laminating, packaging, envelope, wood glue, construction and natural, neoprene and nitrile latex-based formulations. It is suitable for acrylic, EVA and VA adhesives. It has a shelf life of 12 months. Recommended usage level of DEE FO® 215 is 0.1-0.5%. DEE FO® 97-2 by Munzing is metallic Stearate. Used as defoamer in wood glue adhesives. Possesses high efficiency. DEE FO® 1015 by Munzing is a defoamer for aqueous systems. It offers excellent stability and high-efficiency. It possesses acid- and alkali resistance and works under a wide pH range of 3-11. It integrates multiple technologies to provide a complete defoamer package of effectiveness and persistence. DEE FO® 1015 is suitable for adhesives. Recommended dosage level is 0.1 - 0.5%. It has a shelf life of 12 months. DEE FO® PI-547 by Munzing is a slight emulsifiable, universal oil-free, slightly emulsifiable, defoamer for aqueous systems. It is a blend of hydrophobic silica and polyoxyalkylene technology. It is suitable for PVOH adhesives. DEE FO® PI-547 has a shelf-life of 12 months. Recommended dosage level is 0.1-0.65. DEE FO® 2020E/50 by Munzing is a highly persistent and cost effective oil-based defoamer specially designed for use in most emulsion polymers including EVA, VA, and acrylic formulations. Povides excellent cost effectiveness in many adhesive applications such as PSA, laminating, packaging, envelope and label and construction formulations. A starting dosage level of DEE FO® 2020E/50 from 0.2% to 0.7%, based on the weight of the formulation is recommended. DEE FO® 97-3 by munzing is a water-based, universal workhorse defoamer effective in most adhesives including wood glue, envelope and label, constructions, natural, neoprene and nitrile latex-based adhesives formulations. Provides excellent persistence in OPV and wood finishes. It is a blend of metallic stearate and mineral oil. Normal dosage of DEE FO® 97-3 ranges from 0.2% to 1.0%, based on the weight of the formulation is recommended. DEE FO® SC-180 by Munzing is a slightly emulsifiable, defoamer for aqueous systems. It offers excellent defoaming performance. It is highly effective in wood coatings. It is used in natural/neoprene latex-based adhesives. DEE FO® SC-180 has a shelf-life of 12 months. Recommended dosage level is 0.1-0.6%. Hydrophobic Silica. Used as defoamer in acrylic / EVA / VA / latex-based adhesives. Possesses initial and long-term defoaming persistence. Blend of special wax and hydrophobic silica. Used in PSA, laminating, packaging, envelope & label, and wood glues.
