Rhenogran® P91-40/NR by LANXESS is a blend of 40% aramid chopped fiber pulp, 60% elastomer binder (NR) and additives. It is used as a high-grade reinforcing material for sulfur- and peroxide-cured rubber compounds and in thermoplastic rubbers, preferably based on NR, SBR for molded and extruded seals. It enhances dimensional stability and green strength. It improves elasticity modulus, modulus at low strain, flexural strength, hardness and abrasion. It provides compression-, tear propagation-, penetration-, shrinkage- and creep resistance. The dosage level of Rhenogran® P91-40/NR is 2-20 phr. Rhenogran® P91-40/EPDM by LANXESS is an aramid chopped fiber pulp that is pre dispersed in a polymeric binder. It is used as a high-grade reinforcing material for sulphur- and peroxide-cured rubber compounds and in thermoplastic rubbers, preferably based on EPDM for molded and extruded seals. It enhances dimensional stability and green strength. It improves elasticity modulus, modulus at low strain, compression resistance, flexural strength, hardness, abrasion and tear propagation-, penetration-, shrinkage- & creep resistance. The dosage level of Rhenogran® P91-40/EPDM is 2-20 phr. Rhenogran® DPTT-70 by LANXESS is an ultra accelerator for vulcanization of natural and synthetic rubbers. It provides heat resistance in rubber seals, very rapid and scorch-safe vulcanization and very good resistance to aging. It is a blend of 70% dipentamethylene thiuram tetrasulphide, 30% elastomer binder and dispersing agents. It can be used in combination with mercapto, sulphenamide accelerators, and other thiuram accelerators. The dosage level of Rhenogran® DPTT-70 is 0.35 - 3.5 phr. Its shelf life is 730 days. Rhenogran® Diuron-80 by LANXESS is a crosslinking agent in oil-resistant seals based on acrylate rubber for use in vehicles and engineering. It is a blend of N'-(3,4-dichloro-phenyl)-N,N-dimethyl urea, acrylate rubber, dispersing and dusting agents. It can be used together with alkali soaps such as sodium or potassium stearate as crosslinking system to provide good balance between processing and physical properties. The dosage level of Rhenogran® Diuron-80 is 2-5 phr. Rhenogran® Resorcin-80 by LANXESS is a component of bonding system resorcinol-formaldehyde silica. It is a blend of 80% resorcinol, 20% elastomeric binder and dispersing agents. Suitable for bonding all types rubber to reinforcing materials such as fabrics, glass fibers and metals. Recommended dosage level of Rhenogran® Resorcin-80 is 3-4 phr. The storage stability of the grade is 730 days. Rhenogran® MgO-75 by LANXESS is a curing activator and acid acceptor particularly for polychloroprene rubber (CR) and adhesives. It is a blend of magnesium oxide, polymer binder and dispersing agents. It is easy to incorporate and disperses quick and homogeneously in the mix. The dosage level of the grade is 2-4 phr. The storage stability of Rhenogran® MgO-75 is 365 days. Rhenogran® TAC-50 by LANXESS is used as an activator for peroxide vulcanization of synthetic rubbers, technical molded and extruded seals based on EPDM, EPM, NBR, CM. It is a blend of triallyl cyanurate-based crosslinking agent, elastomer binder, dispersing agents and silica. Can be used in combination with a coagent to improve rate of crosslinking. Provides increased hardness, higher modulus, outstanding resilience and good abrasion resistance. The dosage level of the grade is 0.5-4 phr. The storage stability of Rhenogran® TAC-50 is 730 days. Rhenogran® MTT-80 by Lanxess is a vulcanization accelerator for chloroprene rubber in technical molded and extruded seals. It is a blend of 3-methyl-thiazolidine-thione-2, elastomer binder and dispersing agents. It is used in combination with ZnO, MgO and lead oxides. Rhenogran® MTT-80 provides swift and high crosslinking rate, good moduli, age-resistance and advantageous compression set behavior. The dosage level of the grade is 0.4-1.5 phr. Rhenogran® P91-40/NBR by Lanxess is a blend of 40% aramid fiber pulp, 60% elastomer binder (NBR) and additives. It is used as a high-grade reinforcing material for sulfur- and peroxide-cured rubber compounds and in thermoplastic rubbers, preferably based on NBR for molded and extruded seals. It can enhance dimensional stability and green strength. It improves elasticity modulus, modulus at low strain, flexural strength, hardness and abrasion. It shows compression-, tear propagation-, penetration-, shrinkage- and creep resistance. The dosage level of Rhenogran® P91-40/NBR is 2-20 phr. Rhenogran® CLD-80 by Lanxess is a non-staining sulphur donor for the vulcanization of natural and synthetic rubbers with additional thiuram accelerator for nitrile rubber seals. It is a blend of 80% caprolactam disulfide, 20 % elastomer binder and dispersants. It provides very good heat ageing resistance, absence of blooming, increased safety in scorch properties and very good broad curing plateau. Rhenogran® CLD-80 shows favorable compression set properties and low permanent elongation values.
