Rhenogran® DPTT-70 by LANXESS is an ultra accelerator for vulcanization of natural and synthetic rubbers. It provides heat resistance in rubber seals, very rapid and scorch-safe vulcanization and very good resistance to aging. It is a blend of 70% dipentamethylene thiuram tetrasulphide, 30% elastomer binder and dispersing agents. It can be used in combination with mercapto, sulphenamide accelerators, and other thiuram accelerators. The dosage level of Rhenogran® DPTT-70 is 0.35 - 3.5 phr. Its shelf life is 730 days.
