Rhenogran® MTT-80 by Lanxess is a vulcanization accelerator for chloroprene rubber in technical molded and extruded seals. It is a blend of 3-methyl-thiazolidine-thione-2, elastomer binder and dispersing agents. It is used in combination with ZnO, MgO and lead oxides. Rhenogran® MTT-80 provides swift and high crosslinking rate, good moduli, age-resistance and advantageous compression set behavior. The dosage level of the grade is 0.4-1.5 phr.
