CPH-39-N by Hallstar is polyethylene glycol 200 monooleate. Acts as a plasticizer. It is a clear oily liquid with a fatty odor. This specialty ester is soluble in kerosene, ethyl alcohol, toluene as well as acetone and dispersible in water. CPH-39-N is partially soluble in propylene glycol, mineral oil and ASTM oil.
