Polyethylene glycol 200 monolaurate. Acts as a plasticizer. It is a clear oily liquid. This specialty ester is soluble in kerosene, ethyl alcohol, toluene as well as acetone and insoluble in mineral oil. It is partially soluble in hexane and dispersible in water.
