Bluesil™ ESA 6120 QC A & B by Elkem Silicones is a pourable two components silicone rubber that cures quickly at room temperature by a polyaddition reaction, to a very soft and clear silicone gel. Provides good pourability, quick setting, accelerated by heating, pronounced inherent tack, outstanding dielectric properties, good heat stability in confined space (even above 100°C), outstanding protection of encapsulated equipment against mechanical stress due to temperature variations and vibrations. Bluesil™ ESA 6120 QC A & B is used in electronic components for the automotive and power electronics industries. Bluesil™ ESA 7244 A & B by Elkem Silicones is a liquid two-component, polyaddition heat curing silicone elastomer. It is a solvent-free, self-leveling grade designed for adhesive and sealant applications. After polymerization, it forms a flexible adhesive film or gasket which is particularly resistant to thermal, climatic and environmental attack. It fully retains physical, chemical and electrical properties over a range of temperatures between -45°C and 200°C. Offers good dielectric properties, instant & primerless adhesion on all surfaces as well as outstanding resistance to aging agents, splashing & vapor from cooling fluids, engine and gearbox oils. It also allows quick curing and provides long pot life at room temperature. Bluesil™ ESA 7244 A & B is intended for bonding to metal and plastic surfaces in the automotive and household electrical goods industries and silk screening of gaskets, especially cylinder head gaskets. It is used in sealing & protection of electronic casings by jointing and potting techniques and in insulation of electrical motors used for cooling & general control purposes. It has a shelf life of 12 months. Bluesil™ PRIM 131 by Elkem Silicones acts as an adhesion promoter. It is used for room temperature vulcanizing silicone elastomers, polyamide, polycarbonate and ABS. It is suitable for one-component (RTV-1): CAF, two-component (RTV-2): BLUESIL, RTV, CAF AXAD and on a large number of surfaces. Bluesil™ PRIM 131 has a shelf life of 24 months. Bluesil™ ESA 7250 A & B by Elkem Silicones is a two component, optically clear, high strength silicone elastomer. Cures by a polyaddition reaction at room temperature. Curing can be accelerated by heating. Bluesil™ ESA 7250 A & B is particularly suited for potting applications or wherever a tough, elastic and transparent protection is required. Bluesil™ ESA 7250 A & B is used in sealants for protection of electronic components and electrical engineering equipment by encapsulation or filling. Bluesil™ ESA 7252 A & B by Elkem Silicones is a low viscosity , non-corrosive, two-component silicone elastomer which cures at room temperature by a polyaddition reaction. It is supplied in the form of a viscous liquid which is transformed, after mixing parts A & B and curing into a strong, elastic material. It is a fast curing product which offers outstanding flame resistance and good thermal conductivity. Bluesil™ ESA 7252 A & B is used in sealants for protection of electrical component, connection box and for thermal & fire protection in aerospace. It is used in encapsulating of connectors, captors and sensors in on-board electronics. Both components have a shelf life of 20 months. Bluesil™ TCS 7770 XL & C by Elkem Silicones is a two-component heat curing silicone polymer (50 parts Bluesil™ TCS 7770 XL and 50 parts Bluesil™ TCS 7770 C). Offers good adhesion on silicone coated fabrics, high energy dissipation, excellent processability, temperature stability and adapted rheology. It is a bonding material that reinforces and seals the stitched areas. It elongates at the time of deployment to dissipate the energy and protect the assembly/stitching thread from mechanical and thermal stress. Suitable for textile sealing and bonding. Bluesil™ TCS 7770 XL & C is used in leak-proof cut and sewn airbag for longer pressure retention times and inflatable curtains for side impacts or rollover events. Bluesil™ ESA 6024 A & B by Elkem Silicones is a pourable, two component silicone rubber that cures at room temperature by a polyaddition reaction, to a very soft and translucent silicone gel. Provides good pourability, translucent (good optical transmission) quick setting, accelerated by heating, pronounced inherent tack, outstanding dielectric properties, good heat stability in confined space (even above 100°C), outstanding protection of encapsulated equipment against mechanical stress due to temperature variations and vibrations. Bluesil™ ESA 6024 A & B is used in electronic components for the automotive and power electronics industries.
