Bluesil™ TCS 7770 XL & C

Bluesil™ TCS 7770 XL & C by Elkem Silicones is a two-component heat curing silicone polymer (50 parts Bluesil™ TCS 7770 XL and 50 parts Bluesil™ TCS 7770 C). Offers good adhesion on silicone coated fabrics, high energy dissipation, excellent processability, temperature stability and adapted rheology. It is a bonding material that reinforces and seals the stitched areas. It elongates at the time of deployment to dissipate the energy and protect the assembly/stitching thread from mechanical and thermal stress. Suitable for textile sealing and bonding. Bluesil™ TCS 7770 XL & C is used in leak-proof cut and sewn airbag for longer pressure retention times and inflatable curtains for side impacts or rollover events.
