Silcolease® Emulsion 902 by Bluestar Silicones is silicone emulsion. It cures fastly by a polyaddition reaction in the presence of an organometallic compound. Enables offline/inline converting, high catalysed bath stability, high catalyzed bath stability, versatility and good anchorage. Silcolease® Emulsion 902 is used in association with the catalyst Silcolease® Emulsion catalyst 903 and, if necessary a release control additive, Silcolease® Emulsion RCA 954 and Silcolease® Emulsion Crosslinker 966. Suitable for use in manufacturing adhesives for protectors (labels, personal care, envelopes) and industrial uses (transfer paper tapes).
Silcolease® PC-107 by Bluestar Silicones is a thermally curable, biocompatible, polyaddition silicone release coating. Acts as an easy release modifier. Silcolease® PC-107 is a milky-white emulsion containing medium vinyl content and a methyl hydrogen siloxane crosslinker. Exhibits good shear stability and excellent bath life even at high solids. Offers easy & increasing release surface at low stripping speeds & higher strip speeds respectively at low cure temperatures. It requires platinum catalyst emulsion also. Suitable for rubber-based & acrylic adhesives and other tacky materials such as pressure sensitive tapes and labels. Silcolease® PC-107, when properly used with Silcolease® PC-95 platinum catalyst, is currently permitted for direct and indirect food contact under Sections 21CFR175.320, 21CFR176.170 and 21CFR176.180 of the Federal Register.
Silcolease® PSA 408 by Bluestar Silicones is a solution of polydimethyl siloxane gum and resin diluted in toluene. It is a silicone pressure sensitive adhesive (PSA). Exhibits excellent performance in terms of tackiness and peel, good temperature performances, moderate viscosity, moisture and aging resistance. Offers improved production efficiency( high cure speed). Silcolease® PSA 408 is used in high performance pressure sensitive masking tapes, electrical tapes and splicing tapes.
