Optislip™ S (Bead)

Optislip™ S (Bead) (Formerly Crodamide™ S (Bead)) by Cargill is a non-vegetable origin, fast-migrating, mold-release additive. It migrates to the surface of the polymer to form a thin lubricating layer which reduces the coefficient of friction. It is useful for adhesive pellets such as polyamide, EVA hotmelts and adhesive film. It provides anti-block, low melt viscosity and good wetting resulting in improved adhesion. It is compatible with polyolefins and rubber. Optislip™ S (Bead) is used in sealant applications. It is approved by FDA (175.105) and (175.300).
