Optislip™ ER (Microbead) (Formerly Crodamide™ ER (Microbead)) by Cargill is a bio-based primary amide additive with anti-blocking properties. It prevents polyamide and EVA hot melt adhesive granulates or films from sticking together.
- It exhibits good oxidative stability, low volatility and excellent slip performance.
- It improves the dispersion of fillers and provides mold & torque release, scuff- & scratch resistance and excellent heat stability.
- Optislip™ ER (Microbead) is also suitable for use in sealants.
- It is compatible with polyolefins as well as acrylic, vinylic & UV polymeric systems.
- It is EU 10/2011, FDA (175.105), FDA (175.300) and Swiss Ordinance A approved.
- It has a shelf life of 365 days.
