Polyisocyanate. Acts as a cross-linking agent. It is a pale yellow to brownish liquid. Causes crosslinking of chains when added to resins. Suitable for adhesives of synthetic rubber such as SBR (styrene-butadiene rubber) and chloroprene. Used as polyvinyl or urethane type of adhesives. Applications include shoes.
