EPOCROS™ WS-500 by Nippon Shokubai is a water soluble crosslinker and adhesion promoter. It is a standard acrylic-based oxazoline functionalized reactive copolymer. It offers high reactivity with carboxyl groups and performance expression with even small addition. It exhibits crosslinking reaction at low temperature (80-120°C) with no by-product.
- It offers improved film strength, low toxicity, fast drying and improved water-, heat- & solvent resistance.
- It shows excellent adhesion to polyethylene terephthalate (PET), oriented polypropylene (OPP) and polyvinyl chloride (PVC).
- It is used in pressure-sensitive adhesives.
- It is registered with CSCA (Japan), TSCA (USA), REACH EU (EEA) and pre-registered with KECL (Korea) regulations.
- EPOCROS™ WS-500 is one-pack type with long pot life.
