EPOCROS™ K-2010E by Nippon Shokubai is a low toxic, water-based crosslinking agent and adhesion promoter. It is a soft, VVOC-free, styrene/acrylic-based oxazoline functionalized reactive copolymer. It offers fast drying as well as improved film strength and water-, solvent- & heat resistance. It is a one-pack type with long usage time.
- It shows excellent adhesion particularly to polyester such as PET and a controllable appearance by glass transition temperature adjustment.
- It provides crosslinking reaction at low temperature (80-120°C) and without any by-product.
- It exhibits high reactivity with carboxyl groups and performance expression with even small addition.
- EPOCROS™ K-2010E is used in pressure-sensitive adhesives.
- It is registered with CSCA (Japan), TSCA (USA), REACH EU (EEA) and pre-registered with KECL (Korea) regulations.
