CORONATE® HXR by Tosoh is polyisocyanate. It is a non-yellowing, HDI (hexamethylene diisocyanate) isocyanurate rings containing compound, modified by multifunctional alcohols. CORONATE® HXR is used as binding agent for substrates. CORONATE® HXLV by Tosoh is a non-yellowing, HDI (hexamethylene diisocyanate) isocyanurate rings containing compound, modified by multifunctional alcohols. CORONATE® HXLV is used as binding agent for substrates. CORONATE® 3015E by Tosoh is a polyisocyanate. Acts as a cross-linking agent. It is a brownish liquid. Causes crosslinking of chains when added to resins. Suitable for adhesives of synthetic rubber such as SBR (styrene-butadiene rubber) and chloroprene. CORONATE® 3015E is used as polyvinyl or urethane type of adhesives. Applications include shoes. CORONATE® 2233 by Tosoh is a polyisocyanate. It contains isocyanurate rings. Exhibits faster curing characteristics as compared to others. Polyisocyanate. Acts as a cross-linking agent. It is a pale yellow to brownish liquid. Causes crosslinking of chains when added to resins. Suitable for adhesives of synthetic rubber such as SBR (styrene-butadiene rubber) and chloroprene. Used as polyvinyl or urethane type of adhesives. Applications include shoes. Blended isocyanate of TDI (toluene diisocyanate) and MDI (methylene diphenyl diisocyanate). It is specially developed for cold cure system. Used in the manufacture of HR (high resilience) flexible foams. Polyisocyanate. It contains isocyanurate rings. Exhibits faster curing characteristics as compared to others. Isocyanates are themselves produced by treating amines with phosgene via the formation of intermediate (carbamoyl chloride). Polyisocyanate. This prepolymer reacts with atmospheric moisture to produce higher molecular weight polyureas and thereby forms cured films on substrates. Used as cross-linking agent in combination with polyols.
