CORONATE® (Adhesive ingredients)

CORONATE® HXR by Tosoh is polyisocyanate. It is a non-yellowing, HDI (hexamethylene diisocyanate) isocyanurate rings containing compound, modified by multifunctional alcohols. CORONATE® HXR is used as binding agent for substrates.
CORONATE® HXLV by Tosoh is a non-yellowing, HDI (hexamethylene diisocyanate) isocyanurate rings containing compound, modified by multifunctional alcohols. CORONATE® HXLV is used as binding agent for substrates.
CORONATE® 3015E by Tosoh is a polyisocyanate. Acts as a cross-linking agent. It is a brownish liquid. Causes crosslinking of chains when added to resins. Suitable for adhesives of synthetic rubber such as SBR (styrene-butadiene rubber) and chloroprene. CORONATE® 3015E is used as polyvinyl or urethane type of adhesives. Applications include shoes.
CORONATE® 2233 by Tosoh is a polyisocyanate. It contains isocyanurate rings. Exhibits faster curing characteristics as compared to others.
