Unilin™ 350 alcohol by NuCera Solutions (Chase) is an adhesion promoter. It is a fully saturated, long chain, linear primary alcohol. It possesses high molecular weight, greater crystallinity and high purity with 80% primary alcohol concentration. It compatibilizes with polar polymers and reacts to form derivatives. It improves the compatibility with hydrocarbons, controls the melting point and lowers the melt viscosity. Unilin™ 350 alcohol offers hardness with improved compatibility in polyolefin as well as hydrocarbon-based systems.
