Ceramer™ 1608 polymer by NuCera Solutions (Chase) is an adhesion promoter. This grafted maleic anhydride derivative onto hydrocarbon polymer disperses in water and reacts to form derivatives. It possesses high degree of functionality, long polymeric backbone and polar & non-polar segments. It improves the solvent and water resistance. Ceramer™ 1608 polymer compatibilizes the polar and non-polar resins, waxes and additives.
