Tetra-isopropyl titanate. It is a 100% active, highly reactive organic alkoxy titanate. Acts as a catalyst and as an adhesion promoter. It has fast cure rate and is reactive to moisture. It increases yield, provides easier work up at low concentration. Used as a Lewis acid catalyst in processes such as esterification, transesterification, condensation, addition, polymerizations and similar reactions. Used in Ziegler-Natta catalysis for olefin polymerization. It can be used in natural rubber system.
