BRB Silanil® 258 by BRB International BV is 3-glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane. It functions as a surface modifier, coupling agent, crosslinker, and adhesion promoter. It is intended for use with waterborne acrylic sealants and adhesives. It is compatible with polysulfide, urethane, and epoxies. Without the addition of fillers, additives, or pigments, it can be blended directly into resin. Integral blending can raise the material's hardness and elastic modulus. Recommended dosage of BRB Silanil® 258 is 0.2-2% by weight. Complies with REACH.
