BRB Silanil® 533 ESO by BRB International BV is a silane oligomer containing gamma-glycidoxy and methoxy groups. It can improve adhesion performance of adhesives on inorganic surfaces by post-addition into solvent- & water-based resins. It offers low VOC during applications and excellent grafting efficiency on polymer chains containing amino, hydroxyl and carboxy functional groups. BRB Silanil® 533 ESO provides very good stability to formulated products when used in water-based systems. BRB Silanil® MOS by BRB International BV is methyltris (methylethylketoxime) silane. It acts as a crosslinker and curing agent. It is used in silicone sealant formulations (generally with silanol-terminated polydimethylsiloxane) and oxime sealants. BRB Silanil® MOS complies with REACH regulation. BRB Silanil® VOS by BRB International BV is vinyltris (methylethylketoxime) silane. It acts as a crosslinker and curing agent. It is used together with MOS to tune the skin formation time of sealants. It is applicable for silicone sealant formulations (generally in combination with MOS). BRB Silanil® VOS complies with REACH regulation. BRB Silanil® 250 by BRB International BV is 3-methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane. It is used as a crosslinker, coupling agent and adhesion promoter. It is used in acrylic type resins to improve adhesion and durability of adhesives. Recommended to keep in an amber container to avoid the sun light. It is used to graft onto polymer
backbone during polymerization. BRB Silanil® 250 complies with REACH regulation. BRB Silanil® 258 by BRB International BV is 3-glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane. It functions as a surface modifier, coupling agent, crosslinker, and adhesion promoter. It is intended for use with waterborne acrylic sealants and adhesives. It is compatible with polysulfide, urethane, and epoxies. Without the addition of fillers, additives, or pigments, it can be blended directly into resin. Integral blending can raise the material's hardness and elastic modulus. Recommended dosage of BRB Silanil® 258 is 0.2-2% by weight. Complies with REACH. BRB Silanil® 1479 by BRB International BV acts as an adhesion promoter. It is a silane co-oligomer that combines diamino and alkyl functional groups. It is designed to enhance adhesion between organic resins and inorganic materials such as concrete, glass and aluminum. The diamino group improves the adhesion performance with amino-reactive resins including MS polymer, silicone, silylated polyurethane, polyurethane, and epoxy while the alkyl chain side enhances hydrophobicity which provides better resistance to moisture. It improves the mechanical properties of adhesives by coupling inorganic fillers. BRB Silanil® 1479 reduces VOC emissions and odor during application and provides excellent wet adhesion performance. It improves elasticity with a lower modulus in cured adhesives. It is less yellowing compared to traditional diamino silanes and acts as a superior coupling agent in composites which enhances the mechanical properties of mineral-filled rubbers or resins. It is an ideal solution for applications requiring robust adhesion, hydrophobicity and enhanced durability in adhesives. BRB Silanil® Si40 is a crosslinking or curing agent by BRB International BV. It is a hydrolyzed and oligomerized tetraethoxysilane-40. BRB Silanil® Si40 is designed for the manufacture of silicone sealants. BRB Silanil® Si28 by BRB International BV acts as a crosslinking or curing agent. Designed for the manufacture of silicone sealants. It is a reactive tetraethyl orthosilicate. BRB Silanil® Si28 is compatible with a wide range of organic solvents. BRB Silanil® 505 by BRB international is 2-aminoethyl-3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane grade. It is an excellent adhesion promoter for adhesives. It provides improved adhesion between silicone, epoxy, acrylic, polyurethane and silylated polyurethane to inorganic substrates such as metal & glass. It increases composite wet and dry tensile & flexural strength and modulus. BRB Silanil® 505 can be added directly to a resin system without other additives or pigments at 0.2-2.0 pph to promote unprimed adhesion. BRB Silanil® 289 by BRB International BV acts as an adhesion promoter for water-borne adhesives. It is an epoxy silane, 3-glycidoxypropylmethyldiethoxysilane. Offers higher flexibility, longer elongation and better spreading properties. Exhibits good water stability due to difunctional of a methyldiethoxysilyl group. Provides good crosslinking without creating color differences or yellowing. BRB Silanil® 289 is recommended at a dosage level of 0.5-2.0 pph to promote strong wet and dry unprimed adhesion.
