EPOCROS™ WS-700 by Nippon Shokubai is a VOC-free adhesion promoter and a waterborne crosslinking agent based on acrylic, high oxazoline functionalized reactive copolymer. It offers crosslinking reaction at low temperature (80-120°C) and without any by-product. It exhibits high reactivity with carboxyl groups and performance expression with even small addition.

EPOCROS™ WS-500 by Nippon Shokubai is a water soluble crosslinker and adhesion promoter. It is a standard acrylic-based oxazoline functionalized reactive copolymer. EPOCROS™ K-2035E by Nippon Shokubai is a hard, low toxic, VVOC-free, waterborne crosslinking agent and adhesion promoter based on styrene/acrylic oxazoline functionalized reactive copolymer. It exhibits high reactivity with carboxyl groups and crosslinking reaction at low temperature (80-120°C) with no by-product. It is one-pack type with long pot life.

• Offers improved film strength and fast drying along with improved water-, heat- & solvent resistance.
• It possesses a controllable appearance by adjusting glass transition temperature.
• It shows excellent adhesion particularly to polyester such as PET.

EPOCROS™ K-2010E by Nippon Shokubai is a low toxic, water-based crosslinking agent and adhesion promoter. It is a soft, VVOC-free, styrene/acrylic-based oxazoline functionalized reactive copolymer. It offers fast drying as well as improved film strength and water-, solvent- & heat resistance. It is a one-pack type with long usage time.

• It shows excellent adhesion particularly to polyester such as PET and a controllable appearance by glass transition temperature adjustment.

Dynasylan® GLYMO by Evonik acts as an adhesion promoter, crosslinking agent and/or surface modifier. It is a low viscosity bifunctional organosilane, 3-glycidyloxypropyltrimethoxysilane with a slight terpentine-like odor. It is an essential ingredient in sealants and adhesives, as a primer or additive. It can be used with epoxy, phenolic, PU, PVAC, acrylates and polysulfides. Provides improved mechanical properties like flexural strength, tensile strength, impact strength and modulus of elasticity. Offers improved moisture and corrosion resistance, improved electrical properties such as dielectric constant and volume resistivity. Improves processing properties such as filler dispersion, rheological behavior like viscosity reduction and newtonian behavior, increased filler loading and non-yellowing properties. It is registered with DSL/NDSL, PICCS, TSCA, IECSC, ENCS, ECL, EINECS/ELINCS, AICS and REACH. Dynasylan® GLYMO has a minimum shelf life of 12 months.

It provides improved film strength, fast drying and improved water-, heat- & solvent resistance. It exhibits high reactivity with carboxyl groups and performance expression with even small addition.

• It is a one-pack type with long usage time.

Dynasylan® DAMO by Evonik is based on N-2-Aminoethyl-3-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane. Acts as an adhesion promoter. Offers improved flexural strength, tensile strength, impact strength and modulus of elasticity. Provides improved moisture and corrosion resistance. Dynasylan® DAMO is listed in EINECS/ELINCS, AICS, DSL/NDSL, PICCS, TSCA, IECSC, ENCS, ECL and REACH. It has a shelf life of minimum 12 months.

Dynasylan® 40 by Evonik is an ethyl polysilicate grade. Acts as an adhesion promoter. It is a low viscosity liquid with silicon dioxide content of 40%. It is formed in the presence of water from tetraethyl silicate by partial hydrolysis of the ethoxy groups to hydroxyl groups and subsequent condensation with formation of siloxane bonds (SiOSi). Dynasylan® 40 is listed in EINECS/ELINCS, AICS, DSL/NDSL, PICCS, TSCA, IECS, ENCS, ECL and REACH. It has a minimum shelf life of 12 months.

Dynasylan® AMEO by Evonik is a 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane grade. Acts as an adhesion promoter, crosslinker, and/or surface modifier. Provides improved mechanical properties like flexural strength, tensile strength, impact strength and modulus of elasticity. Shows improved moisture and corrosion resistance. Possesses improved electrical properties like dielectric constant and volume resistivity. Offers better filler dispersion, rheological behavior like reduction in viscosity, Newtonian behavior and higher filler loading. Dynasylan® AMEO is listed on EINECS/ELINCS, AICS, DSL/NDSL, PICCS, TSCA, IECSC, ENCS, ECL and REACH. It has a shelf life of minimum 12 months.
