Synox -1330 by Synchemer acts as an antioxidant. It is a 3,3’,3’,5,5’,5’-hexa-tert-butyl-a,a’,a’-(mesitylene-2,4,6,triyl)tri-p-cresol. It is compatible with polyolefins, polyethylene, polypropylene, polybutene, engineering plastics like linear polyesters, polyamides and styrene homo-and copolymers. It is also suitable for PVC, polyurethanes, elastomers and other organic substrates. Synox -1330 is used in stabilization of pipes, molded articles, dielectric films, wires and cables. Synox -1135 by Synchemer is a benzenepropanoic acid, 3, 5-bis (1, 1-dimethylethyl)-4-hydroxy-, C 7-C9 branched alkyl esters. It acts as an antioxidant available in slight yellow form. It is suitable for stabilization of PU flexible slabstock foams. It prevents formation of peroxides in polyol during storage, transport and further protects against scorching during foaming. Synox -1135 is particularly used in forced air-cooling processes for PU. Synox -1081 by Synchemer is a 6,6'-di-tert-butyl-2,2'-thiodi-p-cresol-based antioxidant. It is available in white powder form. It shows compatibility with polyethylene, polypropylene, NBR, BR and natural rubber. Synox -1081 is suitable for manufacture of tires white sidewall, light-colored and latex products. Synox -1425 by Synchemer acts as an antioxidant. It is a calcium diethyl bis(((3, 5-bis (1, 1-dimethylethyl)-4-hydroxyphenyl) methyl) phosphonate. It is available in white powder form. Synox -1425 is suitable for polypropylene fibers, tackifiers and rosin ester. Synox -B225 by Synchemer is an antioxidant. It is a blend of tris(2,4-ditert-butylphenyl) phosphite and tetrakis [methylene-3-(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl-propionate)] methane. It is available in white or yellow colored powder form. It is suitable for thermoplastics. Synox -PS802 by Synchemer is an antioxidant and is available in a white, powdered form. It is compatible with PP, PE, PVC, high-impact polystyrene, ABS resin, and synthetic rubber. Synox -1098 by Synchemer is an antioxidant available in white powder form. It is a benzene propanamide,N,N,-1,6–hexanediylbis [3,5–bis(1,1–dimethylethyl)–4-hydroxy]. It offers low volatility, non-discoloring characteristics, good extraction resistance in hot water and good synergistic with general antioxidant. Synox -1098 is suitable for nylon 6, nylon 66, PE, PP, PA and rubbers. Recommended dosage level is 0.1 to 0.5%. Synox -80 by Synchemer is an antioxidant available in white to off-white colored powder form. It is a 3-(1,1-dimethylethyl)-4-hydroxy-5-methyl-benzenepropanoic acid 2,4,8,10-tetraoxaspiro[5.5]undecane-3,9-diylbis(2,2-dimethyl-2,1-ethanediyl) ester / 3,9-Bis[1,1-dimethyl-2-[(3-tert-butyl-4-hydroxy-5-me. It offers excellent synergistic effect to long term heat stability (LTHS) with thioether secondary antioxidant. Synox -80 is compatible with polyolefin, engineering plastics, styrenic polymer, polyurethane fiber and rubber. Synox -4020 by Synchemer acts as an antioxidant available in brown to black-brown granular form. It is an N-(1, 3-dimethylbutyl)-N'-phenyl-p-phenylenediamine. It enhances performance of manufactured goods in thermal resistance when used with antioxidant MB. It can be used with antioxidant RD, A and BLE. Synox -4020 shows compatibility with natural and synthetic rubber such as SBR, NBR and BR. Synox -MBT by Synchemer is a 2-mercaptobenzothiazole-based antioxidant. Synox -MBT is available in white to yellowish powder form. It is suitable for rubber compounds.
