Synox -80 by Synchemer is an antioxidant available in white to off-white colored powder form. It is a 3-(1,1-dimethylethyl)-4-hydroxy-5-methyl-benzenepropanoic acid 2,4,8,10-tetraoxaspiro[5.5]undecane-3,9-diylbis(2,2-dimethyl-2,1-ethanediyl) ester / 3,9-Bis[1,1-dimethyl-2-[(3-tert-butyl-4-hydroxy-5-me. It offers excellent synergistic effect to long term heat stability (LTHS) with thioether secondary antioxidant. Synox -80 is compatible with polyolefin, engineering plastics, styrenic polymer, polyurethane fiber and rubber.
