Synox -1135 by Synchemer is a benzenepropanoic acid, 3, 5-bis (1, 1-dimethylethyl)-4-hydroxy-, C 7-C9 branched alkyl esters. It acts as an antioxidant available in slight yellow form. It is suitable for stabilization of PU flexible slabstock foams. It prevents formation of peroxides in polyol during storage, transport and further protects against scorching during foaming. Synox -1135 is particularly used in forced air-cooling processes for PU.
