SUMILIZER® WX-R by Sumitomo Chemical is 4,4'-Thiobis (2-tert-butyl-5-methylphenol). Acts as an antioxidant. Compatible with Crosslinking PE and ABS. SUMILIZER® WX-R appears as white crystalline powder. SUMILIZER® WX-RC by Sumitomo Chemical is 4,4'-Thiobis (2-tert-butyl-5-methylphenol). It is an antioxidant. Compatible with crosslinking PE and ABS. SUMILIZER® WX-RC appears as a white crystalline powder and suitable for use in wiring and cable applications. SUMILIZER® TP-D by Sumitomo Chemical is pentaerythrityl tetrakis (3-laurylthiopropionate) antioxidant. Compatible with PP, HDPE, crosslinking PE, ABS, PS, SBS, BR, PET, PBT. SUMILIZER® TP-D appears as white flakes or powder and exhibits high synergism between primary antioxidant. SUMILIZER® GS (F) by Sumitomo Chemical is 2-tert-butyl-6-(3-tert-butyl-2-hydroxy-5-methylbenzyl)-4-methylphenyl acrylate. Acts as an antioxidant. Used for stabilization of thermal degradation caused by heat or mechanical stress of polymers during processing under oxygen-deficient conditions. It helps trap alkyl radicals to prevent gel formation of polymers. Exhibits excellent heat resistance at elevated temperatures during polymer processing, minimizes Fish-Eye gels of final product generated during processing and meets FDA and EU requirements for food contact. SUMILIZER® GS (F) is compatible with ABS, SBS, SBR, EPDM, HIPS, SBC and PE, PP. Recommended dosage is 1000-3000 ppm in ABS, SBS, SBR and 500-1000 ppm in PE, PP. SUMILIZER® GA-80 by Sumitomo Chemical is 3,9-Bis[2-[3-(3-tert-butyl-4-hydroxy-5-methylphenyl)-propionyloxy]-1,1-dimethylethyl]-2,4,8,10-tetraoxaspiro-[5.5] undecane. Acts as a primary antioxidant. Exhibits low volatility and meets FDA and EU requirements for food contact. SUMILIZER® GA-80 is compatible with PP, HDPE, PU and PA. Provides excellent synergistic long-term heat stabilization with thioether type antioxidants. In addition, it shows excellent resistance to NO<sub>x</sub> gas discoloration and it has low volatility at elevated temperatures compared to other commercial phenolic antioxidants. Recommended dosage in PP, HDPE and PA is 200-2000 ppm and 0.5-1.5% in PU. SUMILIZER® GM (F) by Sumitomo Chemical is 2-tert-butyl-6-(3-tert-butyl-2-hydroxy-5-methylbenzyl)-4-methylphenyl acrylate. Exhibits excellent process stabilization especially at elevated temperatures for polymer manufacturing process, reduced loading levels and prevention of Fish-Eye gels, high compatibility with resins, relative resistance to hydrolysis, excellent resistance to NO<sub>x</sub> gas discoloration. SUMILIZER® GP meets FDA and EU requirements for food contact. Compatible with L-LDPE, PP, PS, PA and PC. Recommended dosage is 500-2000 ppm in L-LDPE and 500-1500 ppm in BOPP. SUMILIZER® MDP-S by Sumitomo Chemical is 2,2'-Methylenebis (6-tert-butyl-4-methylphenol). It is an antioxidant. Compatible with ABS, POM and rubber. SUMILIZER® MDP-S appears as a white crystalline powder and exhibits high synergism between secondary antioxidant (thioester and phosphites type). SUMILIZER® TPL-R by Sumitomo Chemical is secondary antioxidant(thioester based). Offers high synergism between primary antioxidant. SUMILIZER® TPL-R used for polyolefins, styrenic polymer.
