SONGNOX® 2450DW by Songwon is an antioxidant suspension for PVC. It is 40% SONGNOX® 2450 dispersed in water. SONGNOX® 9228T by Songwon is a phosphite-based secondary antioxidant. It is Bis (2,4-dicumylphenyl) pentaerythritol diphosphite plus 1% triisopropanol amine-based polymer. It is designed for use in polyolefins. SONGNOX® 1024 by Songwon is 1,2-bis(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyhydrocinnamoly) hydrazine. It is used as a metal deactivator as well as antioxidant for wire and cable. It is effective in PE, PP, cross-linked PE, EPDM, elastomers, nylon, PU, polyacetal and styrenic copolymers. SONGNOX® 11B PW by Songwon acts as an antioxidant. It provides very good melt flow and color protectin. It offers long term heat stability. It is compatible with polycarbonate, acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS), and polyesters. SONGNOX® 3114 by Songwon is tris-(3,5-di-tert-butylhydroxybenzyl) isocyanurate. It acts as a primary antioxidant for organic polymers.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It has low volatility, good color stability and high extraction resistance.</li>
<li>It exhibits a synergistic effect when used in combination with a phosphite antioxidants such as SONGNOX® 1680 or SONGNOX® 6260.</li>
<li>SONGNOX® 3114 is used in color sensitive applications such as polypropylene fibers.</li></ul> SONGNOX® 1010 by Songwon is tetrakis [methylene-3-(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl) propionate] methane. It is used as primary antioxidant for organic polymers.<br>

It acts as an excellent performance effect metal deactivation and antioxidant upon the thermoplastic resins.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It is highly effective especially in wire as well as cable applications used as primary insulation of PP, HDPE, LDPE and other elastomers.</li>
<li>It is also used in polyamide fibers, molded articles and films.</li>
<li>It protects the polymer color during manufacturing, spinning or thermal fixation.</li>
<li>SONGNOX® 1098 also protects the fiber during the last stages of polymerization or by dry blending on nylon chips.</li></ul> SONGNOX® 2450 by Songwon is triethylene glycol-bis-3-(3-tert-butyl-4-hydroxy-5-methylphenyl) propionate. It acts as a primary antioxidant for organic polymers as well as chain stopper in PVC and ABS manufacturing process.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It protects the polymer against thermo-oxidative degradation during the manufacturing processes and in end-use applications.</li>
<li>It has low volatility, good color stability and extraction resistant.</li><li>It shows fisheye reduction in flex-PVC applications.</li>
<li>It can be used with benzotriazoles or HALS for thermal and light stabilization in outdoor use.</li>
<li>SONGNOX® 2450 exhibits a synergistic effect when used in combination with thioester antioxidants.</li></ul> SONGNOX® DLTDP by Songwon is dilauryl thiodipropionate-based secondary thioester antioxidant for organic polymers. It decomposes and neutralizes hydroperoxides, formed by auto-oxidation of polymers. The initial color may be improved. SONGNOX® DLTDP is an efficient stabilizer for polyolefins, particularly PP and HDPE. It is used as a synergist in combination with phenolic antioxidants. It is mainly used in PE, PP, ABS, HIPS, polyester and polyamide. Also, enhances aging and light stability.
