SONGLIGHT® 9440 by Songwon is polymeric hindered amine light stabilizer. Protects the polymers from degradation due to ultraviolet radiation and long term heat aging. Exhibits extremely low volatility, high thermal stability and very good compatibility with many substrates and can be used in PP, LDPE, HDPE, XPE, EVA and PP blends with elastomers. The high molecular weight and polymeric structure makes it particularly effective for use in thin section articles such as fiber, tape, film. SONGLIGHT® 9440 can be used in combination with phenolic as well as phosphite antioxidants, lower molecular weight HALS, and UVA’s to optimize performance in outdoor use. SONGLIGHT® 7700 by Songwon is bis(2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-4-piperidinyl) sebacate. It is used as a hindered amine light stabilizer (HALS) of N-H type. It protects the polymers from degradation due to ultraviolet radiation and long term heat aging. It is effective for use in PP, PE, ethylene-propylene copolymer, terpolymer, polyurethane, ABS, PS, HIPS, SAN and PVC. It can be used alone or in combination with higher molecular weight HALS for the UV stabilization of both thick as well as thin cross section articles including tapes, films, automotive parts, and lawn furniture. SONGLIGHT® 7700 also used in combination with phenolic & phosphite antioxidants, higher molecular weight HALS, and UVA’s to optimize performance in outdoor use. Blend of lower molecular weight and higher molecular weight HALS. Optimizes the short and long term protection of the polymer. Primarily for use in polyolefin applications - PP, PE and other polymers. Can be used in combination with phenolic as well as phosphite antioxidants and UVA’s to optimize performance in outdoor use.
