LOWINOX® TBP-6 stabilizer by SI Group is thiophenol antioxidant. This non-staining and non-discoloring hindered antioxidant is used for wire and cable applications. The shelf life of LOWINOX® TBP-6 stabilizer is 1 to 2 years. LOWINOX® FAST XL by SI Group is a new generation high performance liquid antioxidant solution for cross-linked polyethylene for wire and cable applications. It improves productivity and reliability and delivers cable consistency helping lower the total cost. This antioxidant provides good long-term heat aging performance, no blooming, increased handling productivity and flexibility. It also provides an optimal balance between scorch protection and crosslinking speed to increase line speeds. LOWINOX® FAST XL meets all the necessary quality and high cleanliness standards needed for medium, high and extra high voltage XLPE compounds. It shows minimal interaction with organic peroxides, which allows gains in productivity such as higher CV line production speeds and/or a reduction in peroxide dosage levels. It is suitable for extrusion, injection molding and compounding applications. Its typical usage levels range between 2000 ppm and 3000 ppm. LOWINOX® 44B25 by SI Group is phenolic antioxidant. This non-coloring antioxidant is used in a wide range of applications for thermoplastics. It provides excellent performance properties in polyamides and tire cord. LOWINOX® 44B25 is food contact approved. The shelf life of the product is 4 years. LOWINOX® CPL-50D dispersion by SI Group is an aqueous preparation of a hindered phenolic antioxidant. It is a 50% water-based dispersion and is suitable for stabilization of natural and synthetic rubbers (rubber threads). LOWINOX® CPL-50D dispersion also exhibits excellent performance in latex applications (carpet backing & foams). It possesses desirable volatility characteristics and low extraction by washing and boiling. This antioxidant can also be added directly into the emulsion polymerization process of ABS where it can prevent spontaneous ignition of the rubber crumb. It adjusts viscosity to assure accurate and easy dosage. This water-based system possesses no dust and no volatile organic content exposure of the workplace. It is FDA approved. The shelf life of the product is 6 months. LOWINOX® 1790 stabilizer by SI Group is phenolic antioxidant. It also acts as a process stabilizer. It provides low load levels and excellent gas fading resistance in polyurethane, polyester and polyamide fibers. LOWINOX® 1790 stabilizer is used in hot water conducting polypropylene pipes as it possesses high extraction resistance (high molecular weight). This antioxidant possesses exceptional heat stabilization in combination with secondary antioxidants. It provides excellent processing stability at load levels of 50-75% of the conventional phenolic antioxidants in rotational molding applications. It is food contact approved. The shelf life of the product is 1 year. LOWINOX® WSP stabilizer by SI Group is a non-staining, non-discoloring phenolic antioxidant. It is tailor-made for elastomers, polyolefins and other plastics. This antioxidant offers good protection against degradation due to copper contamination. Aqueous dispersions can be made for latex applications. LOWINOX® WSP stabilizer provides heat aging resistance. The typical dosage for polyethylene is 0.05-0.10 phr and for elastomers 0.5-1.0 phr. It is FDA approved. The shelf life of the product is 4 years. LOWINOX® DL-50E emulsion by SI Group is an aqueous preparation of polymer stabilizers. This proprietary water-based emulsion is a synergistic blend of a polymeric phenol and a thioester (1:2 ratio). This emulsion provides long-term heat stability and is compatible with natural rubbers, carboxylated SBR-latex and ABS. LOWINOX® DL-50E emulsion adjusts viscosity to assure accurate and easy dosage. It is dilutable to concentrations of about 10% (weight) active antioxidative content without decomposition for at least two days. It is FDA approved. The shelf life of the product is 6 months. LOWINOX™ 22M46 Unmilled by SI Group is an antioxidant based on a sterically hindered alkylated bis-phenol. It is used in technical rubber goods. LOWINOX™ WSP Powder by SI Group is an antioxidant. It combines excellent non-staining, non-discoloring properties with outstanding antioxidant protection in a wide range of elastomers, polyolefins and other plastics. It is suitable for fibers and textiles. LOWINOX™ 22M46 Powder by SI Group is an antioxidant based on a sterically hindered alkylated bis-phenol. It is used in tires and technical rubber goods.
