LOWINOX® FAST XL

LOWINOX® FAST XL by SI Group is a new generation high performance liquid antioxidant solution for cross-linked polyethylene for wire and cable applications. It improves productivity and reliability and delivers cable consistency helping lower the total cost. This antioxidant provides good long-term heat aging performance, no blooming, increased handling productivity and flexibility. It also provides an optimal balance between scorch protection and crosslinking speed to increase line speeds. LOWINOX® FAST XL meets all the necessary quality and high cleanliness standards needed for medium, high and extra high voltage XLPE compounds. It shows minimal interaction with organic peroxides, which allows gains in productivity such as higher CV line production speeds and/or a reduction in peroxide dosage levels. It is suitable for extrusion, injection molding and compounding applications. Its typical usage levels range between 2000 ppm and 3000 ppm.
