LOWINOX® CPL-50D dispersion

LOWINOX® CPL-50D dispersion by SI Group is an aqueous preparation of a hindered phenolic antioxidant. It is a 50% water-based dispersion and is suitable for stabilization of natural and synthetic rubbers (rubber threads). LOWINOX® CPL-50D dispersion also exhibits excellent performance in latex applications (carpet backing & foams). It possesses desirable volatility characteristics and low extraction by washing and boiling. This antioxidant can also be added directly into the emulsion polymerization process of ABS where it can prevent spontaneous ignition of the rubber crumb. It adjusts viscosity to assure accurate and easy dosage. This water-based system possesses no dust and no volatile organic content exposure of the workplace. It is FDA approved. The shelf life of the product is 6 months.
