Imparts improved abrasion resistance, tensile strength and modulus. Exhibits low heat build-up, low rolling resistance and low viscosity. Compatible with NR, BR. Recommended for tire treads, engine mount, conveyer belt, sporting goods. Ciptane™ I by PPG Industries is treated with 3% by weight mercapto-silane precipitated slica.
