Patstab 336 by Patcham (FZC) acts as one of the most economical general-purpose stabilizer with balance of clarity and long-term stability. Can be used for general purpose extrusion of hoses, flexible injection molding, etc. Patstab 202 by Patcham (FZC) is barium/cadmium/zinc stabilizer. Provides excellent early color, color hold and length of stability. Patstab 202 is highly recommended for clear unpigmented applications where high transparency and long term stability is primary requirement. K/zinc. Acts as a stabilizer. Used in PVC wall covering and a variety of supported as well as unsupported sheeting. Calcium/zinc. Acts as a stabilizer. Is a low toxic system ideally suitable for general purpose flexible applications such as extrusion, injection molding and plastisol spread coating. Exhibits reasonable early color as well as moderate long term stability. Barium/zinc. Acts as a low phenol, low V.O.C nonly phenol free stabilizer. Provides excellent transparency and color hold at little expense of long term stability. It is most suitable for plastisol top coat application where crystal clarity and transparency is the prime requirement. Patstab 1001 by Patcham (FZC) is an antimony mercaptide stabilizer system. Used for rigid pipes and pipe fitting applications. Optimum results are obtained when used in twin screw extrusion of pipes as well as injection molded pipe fittings. Patstab 1001 can also be used for plasticized clear and filled applications. Barium/zinc. Acts as a high performance stabilizer. Provides very high early color and transparency as well as reasonable long term stability. It is very well suitable as a top-coat stabilizer for floor covering. Can also be used for general purpose "S" PVC applications. K/zinc. Acts as a stabilizer. Used in PVC wall covering and a variety of supported as well as unsupported sheeting. Barium/zinc. Acts as an economical stabilizer system which gives excellent cost performance benefits to the processor. Provides balance of early color and crystal clarity with reasonably good long term stability. Suitable for all the general purpose applications particularly extrusion of hoses, spread coating, rotational molding, coated fabrics, etc. Barium/zinc. Acts as a nonyl phenol free, low free phenol stabilizer exhibiting considerably long heat stability at little expense of early clarity. Is ideally suitable for base coat plastisol applications. Can be used for general purpose clear as well as highly filled "S" PVC applications.
