Javachem® TP-200E

Javachem® TP-200E by Javachem is a low VOC, dispersion of ultra-high molecular weight polysiloxane in polypropylene for PP auto modification materials. It is easy to add in the production process due to its particle form. It is suitable for injection molding, extrusion and blown film. It offers improved surface scratch resistance, reduced coefficient of friction, improved processing fluidity, reduced torque and enhance throughput. It provides mold filling ability, de-molding properties, enhanced surface gloss & smoothness and no exudation. Javachem® TP-200E can be used together with additives and fillers that can promote the dispersion. It can be used as a food contact additive. The polyolefin part is compliant with article 177.1520(c) 1.1 of FDA, and the siloxane part is compliant with article 181.28 of FDA. The dosage level of the grade for PP is 1.0-5.0%. The shelf life of the product is 2 years.
