Polyquel® P100 by ICL Industrial is a reactive, polymeric phosphorus based flame retardant and curing agent for epoxy resins in printed wiring boards. It is suitable for electrical and electronic markets. Polyquel® P100 exhibits high glass transition temperature and thermal stability, high flame retardancy, low Dk and Df. It is recommended in particular for lead-free, halogen-free high Tg applications.
