Phosflex® 375

Phosflex® 375 by ICL Industrial is a proprietary plasticizer blend that offers both good plasticizing performance and enhanced flame retardancy properties. This mixture is useful in numerous PVC applications, including wall covering, transparent sheet goods, laminated products or any other flexible vinyl composite requiring a high degree of flame retardancy.

Phosflex® 41L

Phosflex® 41L allows back-blending with non-flame retarding plasticizers, resulting in favorable economics and wide formulation flexibility. Phosflex® 4

It is used for a wide variety of applications, including as a solvent extractant of rare earth metals from ores, as a pigment grinding assistant, and as an antifoam agent. Phosflex® 4 is a clear, water-white, high boiling liquid. Phosflex® 4 is an effective solvent and is used in blending of materials, which are difficult to dissolve.

Phosflex® 418

Phosflex® 418 by ICL Industrial is an alkyl diphenyl phosphate designed for flame retarding flexible PVC. Phosflex® 418 has low volatility, excellent low temperature flexibility, low smoke generation and good flame retardancy. Phosflex® 418 can be formulated to pass the stringent Steiner Tunnel test E-84 and UL equivalent FR protocols. It is successfully applied in vinyl wire and cable insulation, jacketing compounds, sheet goods and films.

Phosflex® 71B-HP

Phosflex® 71B-HP by ICL Industrial is a mixture of butylated (primarily monobutylphenyl) triphenyl phosphate ester with low triphenyl phosphate content. It is an effective flame-retardant plasticizer. It shows good compatibility with PVC, PVC foams, HIPS, polyvinyl acetate emulsion and other plastics such as modified PPO and PC/ABS alloys. Phosflex® 71B-HP has high thermal stability and can be use in engineering resins. It offers improved melt flow characteristics.

Phosflex® 390

Phosflex® 390 by ICL Industrial is an isodecyl diphenyl phosphate, highly efficient plasticizer for PVC, with very good low temperature flexibility and excellent solvating properties for fast fusion. Phosflex® 390 reduces flammability while also reducing smoke. It shows excellent compatibility in PVC and other plastics. Phosflex® 390 is an efficient flame retardant in foamed vinyl and vinyl alloys (PVC/nitrile rubber), calendared sheet goods, vinyl wire and cable and outdoor PVC applications.

Phosflex® 71B

Phosflex® 71B by ICL Industrial is a mixture of butylated triphenyl phosphate ester. It is an effective flame retardant plasticizer with good compatibility in PVC and other polymers such as modified PPO and PC/ABS alloys. When formulated with conventional plasticizers, Phosflex® 71B yields economical systems balanced for flame retardancy and plasticizer efficiency.

Phosflex® 362 has been found useful in flame retarded foamed vinyl and vinyl alloys (PVC/nitrile rubber), calendared sheet goods, and outdoor PVC applications. It has FDA approvals for certain food packaging applications.
