<li>Fyrol® PCF is suitable for unsaturated polyester resins and phenolics applications and can be formulated in flexible-melamine foams to meet the British BS5852 test. </li></ul> Fyrol® 6 by ICL Industrial is diethyl-N, N-bis (2-hydroxyethyl) aminomethylphosphonate. It is designed for use as a reactive flame retardant in polyurethane foams and urethane elastomers. It is incorporated into the foam structure by reacting as a polyol. It can also be used to aid in the bonding process for flame lamination of fabric with flexible foams. Fyrol® 6 can also be used as a flame retardant for printing wiring board applications. It is excellent for spray, pour-in-place systems and slab foams. Fyrol® PNX-LE by ICL Industrial is a low emission, halogen-free additive flame retardant used in flexible polyurethane foam. It is non-corrosive to glass or metals, low fogging and low VOC emissions. It is most suitable for MVSS302 type foams and in UL94-HF foams. Fyrol® PNX by ICL Industrial is a halogen-free additive flame retardant used in flexible polyurethane foam. It is non-corrosive to glass or metals, low fogging and low VOC emissions. It is most suitable for MVSS302 type foams and in UL94-HF foams. Fyrol® HF-5HP by ICL Industrial is a high purity, proprietary, TSCA listed halogen-free flame retardant product for flexible polyurethane foam applications. This optimized flame retardant is designed to provide optimal flammability and scorch performance for applications required to meet Ikea’s IOS-MAT-0010. Fyrol® A710 by ICL Industrial is a halogen-free, phosphorus-based flame retardant for flexible polyurethane foams applications. It is a clear transparent, non-viscous liquid with low scorch properties. Fyrol® A710 is recommended for achieving the Automotive MVSS302 flammability test. It exhibits low volatility, low discoloration and good processing characteristics. Good compression set and IFD properties will be achieved with Fyrol® A710. Fyrol® HF-5 by ICL Industrial is a proprietary halogen-free phosphorus ester flame retardant. It is highly effective in producing flame retardant flexible polyurethane foam meeting both Cal TB 117 and MVSS-302 criteria. Its high molecular weight, low viscosity and low fogging potential is advantageous in demanding flexible foam applications where low VOC emissions are required.
