Tactix® 695-1 by Huntsman is a single phase, in-situ toughened epoxy resin. It acts as a flexibilizer. It is an aero grade which contains proprietary blocked catalyst irreversibly deblocked at 80°C or above. <br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It offers an outstanding fracture toughness along with thermal/mechanical properties of standard epoxies. </li>
<li>It can be cured with a variety of amine and anhydride based curing agents. </li>
<li>It exhibits low-equilibrium moisture absorption and its strength as well as modulus properties are comparable to Bis A epoxy resins.</li>
<li>Tactix® 695-1 is used in other resin systems to increase toughness.</li></ul>
