PLASTHALL® 408 by Hallstar is a highly branched monomeric ester. It is used to enhance the flexibility and performance of various elastomers such as NBR and HNBR. It is used in various applications like rubber, fuel hose, belt and gasket. PLASTHALL® 408 serves as an effective alternative to trimellitate esters, offering comparable performance to counterparts like TOTM and 8-10 TME in terms of plasticizing efficiency (stress), tensile strength, and low-temperature flexibility. PLASTHALL® 318 by Hallstar is a versatile monomeric ester-based plasticizer. It is derived from environmentally friendly, domestically available feedstocks. It is used to enhance flexibility and performance in a wide range of thermoplastics and elastomers. PLASTHALL® 318 offers a novel approach to enhancing the bio-based content in formulations. It can be used in various applications including rubber, PVC wire and cable and gasketing. It delivers comparable performance to alternatives like TOTM and 8-10 TME in terms of plasticizing efficiency, tensile strength and low temperature flexibility. Plasthall® RP-1020 by Hallstar is a reactive plasticizer.<br>

It acts as a polymeric plasticizer. It exhibits easy processing and low viscosity. It offers excellent cold flex properties. It is suitable to be used in plastisol formulations as a non-phthalate. Plasthall® PR-A200 is compatible with acrylic resins, nitrile, nitrocellulose, polymethyl methacrylate, polyvinyl chloride and vinyl chloride acetate. It is recommended for coated fabrics, gaskets and general-purpose film applications. Plasthall® PR-A610 by Hallstar is a plasticizer. It is a 100% bio-based, renewable ester. It offers improved volatility resistance. It is compatible with acrylic resins, nitrile and polyvinyl chloride. Plasthall® PR-A610 is recommended for coated fabrics, fuel hose, decorative/ protective sheet, general-purpose films, flooring, industrial hose & tubing, packaging, gaskets, and wire & cable applications. Plasthall® PR-A217 by Hallstar is a plasticizer. It is low molecular weight & readily biodegradable polyester adipate. It offers excellent low temperature performance. It is suitable for general use plastisol applications as well as flexible PVC, nitrocellulose and nitrile resins. Plasthall® PR-A217 is recommended for belts, conveyor belts, general-purpose films, oil seals and industrial hose & tubing. Plasthall® PR-LCOA by Hallstar is a low molecular weight, long chain oligomer. It is designed to be used as a plasticizer. It is compatible with acrylic rubber, chlorinated rubber, epichlorohydrin, hydrogenated nitrile, polyacrylate and polyvinyl chloride. It is recommended for automotive molded parts, coated fabrics, commercial graphic film, conveyor belts, electrical tape, fuel hose, gaskets, general-purpose films, industrial hose & tubing, and wire & cable applications. It is also suitable for use in children’s toys, food contact and medical applications. Plasthall® PR-LCOA complies with the FDA 21 CFR 175.105, 175.300, 175.320, 176.170, 177.1210 and 177.2600. Plasthall® 83SS by Hallstar is a plasticizer and processing aid. It is 2-(2-butoxyethoxy) ethyl ester of mixed dibasic acids. It is a dibutoxyethoxylethyl sebacate substitute. It offers the similar performance to polymers that standard dibutoxyethoxyethyl sebacate (DBEES) would impart. It is compatible with nitrile. Plasthall® 83SS applications include film and sheeting for use in low temperatures. Complies with TSCA.
