Plasthall® 405 by Hallstar is a highly branched monomeric ester designed to improve the flexibility and performance of various thermoplastics and elastomers. It serves as an effective alternative to trimellitate esters, offering comparable performance to products like TOTM and 8-10 TME in terms of plasticizing efficiency, tensile strength, and low-temperature flexibility.
  • It is suitable with nitrile and hydrogenated nitrile polymers.
  • Plasthall® 405 is used in PVC, wire and cable, gaskets, industrial hose and tubing, and as a phthalate alternative.
