HALLCOTE® (Polymer additives)

HALLCOTE® CAST 50 by Hallstar acts as an anti-tack agent. It possesses excellent release properties and readily mixes with cold water. HALLCOTE® CAST 50 compatible with most elastomers and is used in air cooled systems.
HALLCOTE® S-90 by Hallstar is non-zinc, proprietary slurry-based release agent. It is recommended for rubbers.
HALLCOTE® G by Hallstar is a non-zinc, proprietary slurry-based release agent.
HALLCOTE® 780 by Hallstar is designed to provide an excellent anti-stick coating to a wide range of elastomers, especially highly plasticized or very low durometer and cold-flow compounds.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It is pigmented, water dispersible, clay-based slurry dip.</li>
<li>It is suitable for highly plasticized or very hydrophobic compounds.</li>
<li>It is dispersible in water in varying proportions, possesses excellent release properties.</li>
<li>HALLCOTE® 780 readily mixes with cold water and compatible with most elastomers and is used in air cooled systems.</li>
<li>The dosage level of the grade is 3-10% dilution in water, depending on individual operating conditions.</li></ul>
HALLCOTE® 910-LF by Hallstar acts as an anti-tack & release agent. It is a clay-based slurry.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It is designed to provide an excellent anti-stick coating to a wide range of elastomers, especially highly plasticized or very low-durometer and cold-flow compounds.</li>
<li>It possesses excellent low foaming, release properties on soft butyls and is readily mixes with cold water.</li>
<li>HALLCOTE® 910-LF is compatible with most elastomers and used in air cooled systems.</li>
<li>The dosage level of the grade is 3-10% dilution in water, depending on individual operating conditions.</li></ul>
HALLCOTE® S-90 E by Hallstar is a pigmented slab dip. It is recommended for rubbers.
HALLCOTE® CL by Hallstar is a lubricant. It is a polymer blend non-pigmented slab dip. It is recommended for hoses and ribbers.
HALLCOTE® 980 by Hallstar is a lubricant which is recommended for rubbers. It is a fatty acid amide slab dip.
HALLCOTE® DPD-200 by Hallstar is a slip agent. It is recommended for ethylene propylene diene rubber, natural rubber and styrene butadiene rubber. It is a low-dust, free flowing powder dip.
HALLCOTE® 466 by Hallstar is a slip agent. It is recommended for TPE/TPV. It is an aqueous clay dispersion.
