HALLCOTE® 780 by Hallstar is designed to provide an excellent anti-stick coating to a wide range of elastomers, especially highly plasticized or very low durometer and cold-flow compounds.
- It is pigmented, water dispersible, clay-based slurry dip.
- It is suitable for highly plasticized or very hydrophobic compounds.
- It is dispersible in water in varying proportions, possesses excellent release properties.
- HALLCOTE® 780 readily mixes with cold water and compatible with most elastomers and is used in air cooled systems.
- The dosage level of the grade is 3-10% dilution in water, depending on individual operating conditions.
