paraffin wax. Used as an external lubricant. Marklube® 280 by Galata Chemicals is a bis(stearoyl)ethylene diamine grade. Acts as an external lubricant. It confers an excellent anti-blocking effect to the
finished article which is particularly important in rigid and semi-rigid calendered films. Recommended dosage level of Marklube® 280 is 0.2–0.6 phr for rigid PVC and 0.2–0.4 phr for plasticised PVC formulations. Partially oxidised polyethylene wax. Used as a lubricant. Highly efficient, highly internally functioning lubricant for rigid PVC pipe, siding and windows and for high flow injection molding compounds. Decreases melt viscosity during processing. Does not affect fusion. Proprietary blend of fatty acid esters and wax lubricants. Used for any rigid PVC window profile/fence extrusion. Provides both internal and external lubricant functionality. Marklube® 361 is a glycerol fatty acid ester. Acts as a lubricant. Provides better flow properties in extrusion and injection molding of rigid PVC compounds. Marklube® 361 is used in the production of rigid PVC film. Recommended dosage level is 0.8 - 1.5 phr. Highly efficient, highly internally functioning lubricant for rigid PVC pipe, siding and windows and for high flow injection molding compounds. Decreases melt viscosity during processing. Does not affect fusion.
