Marklube® 280 by Galata Chemicals is a bis(stearoyl)ethylene diamine grade. Acts as an external lubricant. It confers an excellent anti-blocking effect to the
finished article which is particularly important in rigid and semi-rigid calendered films. Recommended dosage level of Marklube® 280 is 0.2–0.6 phr for rigid PVC and 0.2–0.4 phr for plasticised PVC formulations.
Highly efficient, highly internally functioning lubricant for rigid PVC pipe, siding and windows and for high flow injection molding compounds. Decreases melt viscosity during processing. Does not affect fusion.
Partially oxidised polyethylene wax. Used as a lubricant.
Proprietary blend of fatty acid esters and wax lubricants. Used for any rigid PVC window profile/fence extrusion. Provides both internal and external lubricant functionality.
