MAXITHEN® HP17201 White by Gabriel-Chemie is blend of calcium carbonate and titanium dioxide white pigment masterbatch with LLDPE as carrier polymer. It shows excellent opacity at low addition rates. It is ideal for medium- to heavy-gauge films and general injection and blow molding applications. A special feature of this grade is its calcium carbonate content generating anti-blocking effects. MAXITHEN® HP17201 White is specifically designed for use in polyolefins in indoor applications. MAXITHEN® HP 355707LS ORANGE by Gabriel-Chemie is a laser marking masterbatch. It allows contact free long lasting marking of plastic parts. It doesn’t require ink or color. Prevents falsification or tampering. Offers optimal dispersion, dust free processing, high degree of flexibility, precise dosaging and easy handling. Used in making animal ear tags. It is approved for use in contact with foodstuffs according to BgVV regulations. MAXITHEN® HP 463137LS RED by Gabriel-Chemie is a laser marking masterbatch. It allows contact free long lasting marking of plastic parts. It doesn’t require ink or color. Prevents falsification or tampering. Offers optimal dispersion, dust free processing, high degree of flexibility, precise dosaging and easy handling. Used for promotions in bottle closures, bar codes on packaging, writing on consumer articles, security seals or keyboards to informative markings on containers, closures inside motors, and markings on cables or electrical parts. It can also be used for bar coding of food packaging such as yoghurt pots and milk products as well as plastic containers for transporting meat, bakery, vegetables or flowers. It is approved for use in contact with foodstuffs according to BgVV regulations. MAXITHEN® HP 99601 Black by Gabriel-Chemie is a carbon black pigment antiblock masterbatch. It contains 50% SRF pigment black with good color strength in combination with mineral filler acting as an antiblock, dispersed in PE. It is suitable for the coloration of polyolefins in the film extrusion and injection molding process. Used in packaging film and thick-walled articles. MAXITHEN® HP 99601 Black is not recommended for combinations with UV stabilizer masterbatches. Carbon black pigment masterbatch. It contains 40% fine particle size UV protection pigment black with high chemical purity and with excellent jetness and color strength, dispersed in PE. It is suitable for the coloration of polyolefins in the film extrusion and injection molding process. Used in agricultural film, mulch film, lamination, sheeting, piping, profiles, and long lasting injection moulding and blow molding articles. It is especially suitable for combinations with UV stabilizer masterbatches. MAXITHEN® HP 98211 Black by GabrielChemie is carbon black antiblock masterbatch. It contains 25% HAF pigment black with good color strength and excellent jetness (blackness), dispersed in PE, and is very economic in application. It is suitable for the coloration of polyolefins in the film extrusion and injection molding process, as well as for the coloration of recycling materials. MAXITHEN® HP 98211 Black is not recommended for combinations with UV stabilizer masterbatches. Laser marking masterbatch. It allows contact free long lasting marking of plastic parts.
