UNIMAX® UN 99697 Black by Gabriel-Chemie is universal black masterbatch. It contains 50 % pigment black with excellent jetness and color strength, high opacity and thermal stability, dispersed in a universal carrier system. It is especially developed for thick-walled applications for injection molding, extrusion and blow molding. This product has been specifically engineered for use in nearly all thermoplastic polymers and is recommended up to a maximum dosage of 2%. UNIMAX® UN 99697 Black is mainly recommended for polyolefins, soft PVC, GPPS, HIPS, ABS, PA, and POM. Laser marking masterbatch. It allows contact free long lasting marking of plastic parts. It doesn’t require ink or color. Prevents falsification or tampering. Offers optimal dispersion, dust free processing, high degree of flexibility, precise dosaging and easy handling. Used for promotions in bottle closures, bar codes on packaging, writing on consumer articles, security seals or keyboards to informative markings on containers, closures inside motors, and markings on cables or electrical parts. It can also be used for bar coding of food packaging such as yoghurt pots and milk products as well as plastic containers for transporting meat, bakery, vegetables or flowers. It is approved for use in contact with foodstuffs according to BgVV regulations. Universal black masterbatch. It can be applied to indoor applications and provides improved resistance to phenolic yellowing/pinking.
